“We do not simply sell, we solve problems”. This is the quote to start the story about Bratslav company, an exhibitor of Agro Animal Show 2021.
The group of companies “Bratslav” has been on the market for 41 years so far. Now it is a well-established work of 16 companies that can ensure realization of any solution for livestock enterprise. For this time many domestic, as well as foreign livestock breeders have become certain of company’s great work. According to Petro Mykhailenko, company’s general director, the secret of its success lies is comprehensive approach to solving problems.
– Within a couple of years we have changed the philosophy of work completely. We do not simply sell, but solve problems. Regardless of their type – whether it is about the cost of milk, its quality, organization of work at a farm, construction and engineering of new farms or renovation of old ones – we solve the problems. Due to this change we have more orders and clients now, because we are the only company that can design, build, make equipment for a particular farm, assemble it and provide maintenance. One of our companies is solely engaged in building projects, construction and renovation. The company performs work of any complexity, it can make renovation in a half of a building, while in another half there are cows being milked, because there is nowhere else to place them and milking process cannot be stopped. I am often asked: “How do you offer the lowest prices?” My answer is: thanks to our experience. Bratslav has knowledge accumulated by the leading specialists of livestock machine building industry of the former USSR. When USSR dissolved we invited them to our company where they had an opportunity to realize their experience and knowledge. No other company has more experience, scientific research and expertise in such big a number of spheres. This information has been digitalized and we did develop unique milking machines and other equipment. Our technologies that have been developed and improved for 20 years give us a chance to build and renovate swiftly, providing high quality and low costs.
Lastly, we would like to mention that Bratslav is one of the first machine-building companies in Ukraine that got ISO 9001 in 2005, which allowed the company to take part in agricultural fair in Hannover in 2006 and made company famous around the world. It now works in over 20 countries.
